Michael Meadows, Senior Pastor
Bro. Mike joined the Central staff in April 2012 and serves as Senior Pastor. He has a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies from Baylor’s Truett Theological Seminary.  After spending 5+ years in the U.S. Army, he served as a police officer and bi-vocational youth minister in Temple, Texas.  While serving as a police officer, God called him into full time ministry.  Bro. Mike is married to his best friend, Trina, and they have five children.  He loves to spend time with his wife, wrestle with his kids, work out and read.

Doug Loafman, Pastor of Discipleship & Education
Doug came to Central as Associate Pastor in January of 2016. Before going into vocational ministry, he spent 25 years in education after graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University. In 1982 Doug came to Livingston High School where he spent the next 22 years as a Spanish/history teacher and coach of various sports. In 2004 he accepted a position at Hillsdale Baptist College in Moore, Oklahoma and spent three years there as men’s soccer coach. Doug transitioned into vocational ministry in 2007 when he went on staff at First Baptist Church of Moore and served as Minister of Pastoral Care and International Ministries until coming to Central. Doug and his wife, Luci, have three grown sons and 10 grandchildren currently. They are thankful for the opportunity the Lord has given them to serve him at Central and their desire is the same as that expressed by Paul in Philippians 3:7-10; to, “...count all things as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus..."
