Angel Tree Sunday
November 29

Angel Tree is the only nationwide effort that specifically reaches out to hundreds of thousands of innocent children who carry the heavy burden of their parent's incarceration throughout the year.  At Christmastime, Angel Tree introduces prisoners and their children to Jesus and brings healing and restoration to families destroyed by crime.  Through the delivery of a Christmas gift and the Gospel given on behalf of the incarcerated parent, Angel Tree boys and girls are presented with Christ’s free gift of salvation, feel loved and remembered by their parent, and experience the simple joys of the Christmas season. For further information about Angel Tree, go to https://www.prisonfellowship.org/about/angel-tree

Here’s How You Can Participate: The children we have been assigned, and live in this area, each have 4 paper angels (3 gift requests and 1 for an age-appropriate Bible) on the tree,
You may choose a paper angel, fulfill the gift request, wrap the gift,  attach the paper angel to the outside of the package and return it to the church no later than December 9th.  Angel Tree volunteers will deliver the packages to the children before Christmas.

**Gift Requests from G.R.A.C.E. Pregnancy Outreach are also available to be fulfilled for Christmas.  G.R.A.C.E. is a local organization which provides pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, prenatal services, parenting classes and much more - free of charge.  After choosing a gift request, purchasing and wrapping the gift, attach the request to the package and return to the church office by December 9th.
For more information about G.R.A.C.E., go to gracepo.com.

Volunteers will be available in the worship center foyer next Sunday, November 29th, to help you choose an Angel Tree Ministry or Grace Pregnancy Outreach gift request, and answer questions.
